Shipping Policy
Each product page in our store will show the estimated shipping time of the product. Please refer to the "Ordering Information"
section below the product details for the latest information. Please note that our products are usually shipped from different logistics centers.
When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping may take 5-8 business days to arrive after the tracking information is updated.
Expedited shipping may take 3-5 business days to arrive and will be received after the tracking information is updated. Not all items are eligible for Expedited Shipping.
Priority shipping may take 2-3 business days to arrive and will be received after the tracking information is updated. Not all items are eligible for Priority Shipping.
We will do our best to ensure that your goods arrive on time, but we cannot guarantee the delivery date and there may be some unforeseen reasons that may cause your item to arrive after the estimated delivery date.
Holiday Shipping Information: Please note that all shipping information is listed on each product page. Please note that the last delivery date for pre-Christmas orders varies by product and assumes the fastest shipping method at checkout.
General Shipping
We can ship goods within and outside the United States. For more information about international shipping, click here.
Orders are typically shipped Monday through Friday.
Some items in your order may be shipped separately. Shipping and handling charges will never be higher than the price shown at checkout.
We provide estimated delivery times for all products. We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our delivery times are estimates and we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within a specific time frame. To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend that you ship all items to a fixed address.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries worldwide, but some items are not eligible for international shipping. Please visit the product page to see if you are eligible.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Myanmar, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Congo, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Zimbabwe, Ecuador, and Cuba.
Please note that you are responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your location at checkout and/or upon delivery. For more information on taxes, please refer to the Ordering Policies.
Certain products can be shipped from distribution centers outside the United States to optimize delivery to your shipping address. Shipping costs for these products will be lower than products that can only be shipped from the United States.
For all orders shipped from the United States to the destination country, please allow an additional 3-4 business days for delivery. This time does not include customs clearance time.
Due to shipping regulations, international shipments may change carriers when clearing customs and be shipped by a different last mile carrier than the original carrier when the order was first shipped.
Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for any free shipping promotions.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that some carriers do not provide tracking information when shipping. You will not receive tracking information until the order is shipped for local delivery. Some products use multiple carriers. Tracking information will show that the package has been transferred to another carrier for last mile delivery or local delivery. Please refer to the tracking information provided by the order for more tracking information. During the holiday season, some carriers choose not to scan shipping checkpoints before the package is shipped. This may cause tracking information to appear on the carrier tracking website closer to delivery.
Address Changes
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change or update the shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping information before submitting your order.
Shipping Multiple Orders
Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will be shipped separately.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
Unfortunately, we are unable to split orders and ship to multiple locations. If you would like your items shipped to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.
APO/FPO Shipping
We can ship most products to US Military APO/FPO addresses. Please note the following when filling out your shipping address at checkout:
The city must be entered as "APO" or "FPO".
The state must be "AA" "AE" or "AP".
The country must be the United States.
You must enter your ZIP code.
Please remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.
Please note that orders to APO/FPO addresses take longer to arrive. Please allow 2-4 weeks.
