How do I order from your store?

Order online.

We do not accept mail order or purchase orders.

Product Availability Status

What does the availability status mean?

In Stock - The item is ready and available for purchase.

Out of Stock/Sold Out - This item is currently out of stock. You can add it to your wish list, which will be saved in your account.

Email me when it's back in stock

The item I want is out of stock. Can you notify me when it's back in stock?

Yes! We will email you when the product is back in stock. Any out of stock product will have an "Email me when it's back in stock" link on the product page. To ensure you receive future emails from us, please add "Support@NoraPatel.shop" to your address book.

Do you match competitor prices?

No, we do not price match competitor prices.

Taxes

Will I be taxed?

US Shipping Address

You will pay the applicable sales tax at checkout based on a shipping address within the United States.

Canadian Shipping Addresses

If you ship to Canada, you will be charged a Goods and Services Tax (GST)/Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 5% to 15% at checkout. Please note that you may also be charged customs duties when you receive the goods.

UK Shipping Addresses

For UK shipping addresses, you will be charged 20% Value Added Tax (VAT) at checkout.

For orders over the £135 threshold, no VAT will be charged at checkout, but import VAT and import duties will be charged when you receive the goods.

EU Shipping Addresses

You will pay your member state's VAT rate (between 17% and 27%) at checkout on delivery.

For EU orders over the €150 threshold, no VAT will be charged at checkout, but import VAT and import duties will be charged when you receive the goods.

Shipping Addresses in Other Countries

For countries not covered above, no tax will be charged at checkout. However, please note that you are responsible for import fees, taxes and/or duties that may be charged when you receive the goods.

Discounts and Promotions

Can discount codes be combined?

When redeeming a promotional code, discount code, or coupon at checkout, please note that only one promotional code can be used per order. Promotional codes, discount codes, or coupons cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

I forgot to add a coupon code to my order at checkout, can you add this discount to my order after placing the order?

Sorry, coupon codes cannot be added repeatedly. In the future, please be sure to add coupon codes when prompted to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.

Order Status

What does my order status mean?

New - Your order has been accepted and will be processed shortly.

Processing - Your order has been sent to the packing/shipping department (or one of our distributors) and our team is collecting all your goods and preparing them for shipment.

Closed - Your order has been refunded. Your credit card has been refunded in full.

Completed - Your order has been fully shipped. Your credit card has been fully charged at this time.

Cancelled - Your order has been canceled and your credit card has not yet been charged.

Changes and Cancellations

Can I make changes to my order?

If your order still shows a status of "New", we may be able to process it for you. Please note that our order fulfillment and delivery systems are designed to process orders quickly and efficiently. Once an order is sent to our warehouse for processing, it cannot be changed by you or our customer service staff. If your order status is not "New", it cannot be changed or cancelled. This includes updating the shipping address.
