Return Policy

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most items purchased at www.NoraPatel.shop. Any items that do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee will have special information on their respective product pages. Our Customer Service team is available 7 days a week, 8:30am to 5:00pm EST and can be reached via the contact form linked here. Used, washed or worn items cannot be returned.

Getting a Return Credit

We will process your refund immediately upon receipt of the returned product to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Please note that you will only be refunded for the returned product itself, minus shipping costs, as we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. The number of days it will take for your refund to be credited to your account will depend on your financial institution's refund policy. Please contact our Customer Service team via the link here to start your return request.

Payment by PayPal

If you purchased via PayPal, your refund will be credited to the PayPal account you used to make the purchase. Your refund will be credited to your PayPal account, which you can use to make purchases or request a PayPal withdrawal to your bank account. Sign in to your PayPal account to get started.

Extended Holiday Returns

Most items purchased in-store or online between November 15 and December 31 can be returned by January 31. Participation varies by marketplace seller. See Return Policy for details.

Damaged Products

Please take a photo of the damaged area and submit it through the contact form linked here, including the photo and order number. Photos are required to process damaged returns. Once you submit the form, a customer service representative will contact you with further instructions.

Gift Cards

Official Nora Patel Store Gift Cards are valid for purchases in this store only. Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable.
